I was born and raised in Salzburg, Austria, surrounded by stunning mountains and rich culture. My professional journey started in IT that laid the groundwork for my career. Over the years, I've honed my skills and gained extensive experience in the field of banking business, which has been both challenging and rewarding.
Photography has been a lifelong passion of mine. I’ve spent countless hours behind the lens, capturing the beauty of our world. This passion led me to create multivision presentations about some of the most breathtaking places I've explored, including Botswana, the Colorado Plateau in US and Madagascar. Sharing these experiences with others has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to blend my love for photography with storytelling.
Currently, I work at BMW Financial Services, where I apply my IT and business expertise in a dynamic environment. Balancing work and family life is essential to me, and I am happily married with two wonderful children. Together, we love to travel and discover new cultures, further fueling my photography pursuits.
Traveling has taken me to various corners of the globe, each destination providing new inspiration for my art. My greatest joy comes from capturing the essence of these experiences through my photography, making it not just a hobby, but a true passion that shapes my life.
As a photographer, I’ve developed a profound connection to the African continent, embarking on thrilling photo trips to Botswana, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique. Each adventure has been a unique experience, driving through the wild in my trusty 4x4, setting up camp under a roof-top tent and navigating challenging paths through untouched wilderness. The dirt and ruggedness only add to the excitement, as I immerse myself in the beauty of nature and the raw essence of wildlife.
Another deep fascination of mine lies in the western and midwestern regions of the United States. The breathtaking landscapes and vibrant colors found there provide endless inspiration for my photography. From the dramatic cliffs to the rolling plains, each moment captures a different aspect of the American spirit.
